Delete Your Account

At BatoBazar, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your BatoBazar account:

Send an email to info@batobazar.com.
Send the request from the email address registered with your BatoBazar account.
Use the subject “Delete My Account”.
State clearly that you want your BatoBazar account deleted.

We may contact you to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the deletion.

What Will Be Deleted

After your request is verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where applicable, such as your:

Account/profile information
Name and contact information
Saved addresses
Other personal information associated with your account

Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted for legitimate purposes, including legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and transaction-record requirements.

For example, some order or payment-related records may need to be retained for a legally required period.

Processing Your Request

We will process verified account-deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable laws.

Once your account has been permanently deleted, you may no longer be able to access your account, previous account information, or services associated with it.
